Below are the steps and instructions how to get and process PHILIPPINE PASSPORT
Please prepare the following documents.
Original and photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Authenticated Birth Certificate on Security Paper
Married Females (who are using their spouse’s last name) must also present Original and submit photocopy of PSA Authenticated Marriage Contract on Security Paper or Report of Marriage
*Local Civil Registrar Copy is required if PSA Birth Certificate is not clear or cannot be read
Any of the following acceptable IDs with one (1) photocopy (click here for the List of Acceptable IDs for Passport Processing
List of Acceptable IDs for Philippine Passport Application (Any of the following with one (1) photocopy):
Philippine Identification (PhilID) / ePhilID
The following IDs may also be used in lieu of the Philippine Identification (PhilID) / ePhilID:
Social Security System (SSS) Card
Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Card
Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver’s License. Student Permit may be accepted if in card format.
Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
Philippine Identification (PhilID)/ePhilID
Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) E-Card
Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate issued from COMELEC main office in Intramuros, Manila.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Permit to Carry Firearms Outside Residence
Senior Citizen ID
Airman License (issued August 2016 onwards)
Philippine Postal ID (issued November 2016 onwards)
Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) or Seafarers Identity Document (SID) (*must be issued Feb 2020 onwards) issued by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA)
Valid or Latest Passport (For Renewal of Passport)
School ID (if applicable)
For minor applicants -(if school ID is not applicable) Certificate of Enrolment with photo of minor and dry seal of school
For adult applicants -School ID and Certificate of Registration
NOTE: If woman opts to retain maiden name, a Marriage Contract is not required.

After completing the documents. You can now proceed in making appointment. Below the website. https://www.passport.gov.ph/appointment
You have two options, if your ether your INDIVIUAL or GROUP APPOINTMENT. Just click the prefer options you are going to process.
And you are heading to site location, where you have to go personally on the date and time of your schedule. Below the list of DFA office you can go specially to residence of RIZAL Province and ANTIPOLO CITY.

After you choose the site location, click next and you have to select your prefer DATE and TIME.
DFA WORKINGS Hours : MONDAY to FRIDAY, 08:00 AM until 05:00 PM

Payment mode accepted over the counter in BAYAD CENTER or CARD (DEBIT/CREDIT CARD)
PASSPORT FEE: 950 PHP (Regular business days) 1,200 PHP (EXPEDITE) 6 working days in METRO MANILA and 7 DAYS in other provinces. They can delivery your passport also via LBC with 100 PHP delivery charge.
Once done and you complete all the procedure online. DFA will send you an email for the documents needed during the date of your passport schedule. PRINT all this copy and bring it on the site location you prefer on the date of your schedule.
You have to be there on time at less in 30 minutes in smart / casual / business attire. No makeup and earring for the ladies.
On the night before your schedule, double check again your documents if all are complete. I suggest you to buy a clear folder organizer. So that you can easily full out your documents during the day of your appointment.
Just follow the procedure at the site locations. It takes about 30 or 1 hour It depends of the volume of people during that date / day.
They will give you claim stab the day you can come back and pick you your passport.
For delivery service, just give the delivery form you receive to LBC BOOTH. You will be reserving SMS Alert for the delivery date on the address you mention.
18 years old and above will get a 10 years expiry date of the PHILIPPINES Passport.
17 years old and below will get 5 years expiry date, since they are minor and not in legal age.
